By purchasing, downloading, or using any Shadcraft products, including the Shadcraft Figma UI Kits, the Shadcraft React Libraries, or any related components, blocks, templates, or assets (collectively “Items”), you agree to the terms of this License Agreement.

Shadcraft is operated by AHO Pty Ltd. This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding contract between you (“Licensee”) and AHO Pty Ltd (“Company”).

Summary

You may use both the free and paid versions of Shadcraft in unlimited personal and commercial projects. The full terms below explain what is and isn’t allowed.

You are not allowed to:

• Sell, sublicense, distribute, or give others access to the files or assets (in original or modified form). This includes group buys or shared purchases.

• Use any files or assets in a competing UI kit, design system, template, or code library intended for resale or public distribution.

• Share Figma or React files, or access to your license, with anyone who is not covered under your purchased licence.

In short, use Shadcraft responsibly and in good faith. Do not share the files with unlicensed users and do not repurpose them to create competing products.

Licensing Overview

Our licenses are designed around how many people in your team will use or edit the Figma UI kit and React library. Picking the right tier ensures everyone who needs access can work smoothly and within the license terms.

When to choose the Personal license

The Personal license is for solo creators who are the only person with edit access to the Figma file and the only user of the React library.

Choose Personal if:

• You are the only person editing the Figma UI kit

• No one else on your team will open the file with edit permissions

• You are the only developer using the React components

• You work independently, even if the file lives inside a shared Figma workspace

This tier includes fast support for individual creators.

When to choose the Team license

The Team license is for small teams where multiple people will edit or use the kit.

Choose Team if:

• Up to five designers or developers will have edit permissions on the Figma file

• Up to five people will use the React library in a shared codebase

• Your team regularly collaborates on shared projects

• You need predictable response times with a 48-hour support guarantee

When to choose the Enterprise license

The Enterprise license suits larger teams or organizations with broader access needs.

Choose Enterprise if:

• More than five designers or developers require edit access to the Figma file

• More than five people will use the React library

• You need organization-wide access or a flexible seat arrangement

• You require a guaranteed 24-hour support response time

Enterprise is the best fit for teams with complex structures, multiple squads, or higher usage expectations.

Shadcraft Sites: Usage constraints

This section summarizes what you can and cannot do with Shadcraft Sites. These constraints apply even if you have repository access, and might change per template.

What you CAN do

• Use Shadcraft Sites in unlimited projects

• Use it for personal, commercial, client, and internal projects

• Build and sell websites, web apps, and SaaS products

• Modify the source code to fit your needs

• Use it across multiple products under the same company or individual

• Allow multiple developers to work with the template

• Monetize end products built with Shadcraft Sites

What you CANNOT do

• Resell, redistribute, or share the template or its source code

• Publish the template on GitHub, GitLab, or any public/private code repository

• Create or sell competing templates, themes, starters, or UI kits

• Include the template in a website builder, generator, or marketplace

• Deliver the template as a standalone asset to clients or third parties

• Use the template in open-source projects where the source would be accessible

• Claim ownership or remove copyright / license notices

License Terms

This license grants the Licensee an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the Items in accordance with this Agreement.

You may use the Items to create unlimited End Products for yourself or your clients. An End Product is a customized implementation that does not expose raw Shadcraft source files or allow others to access or extract the underlying assets.

You may:

• Create End Products for personal or commercial use.

• Use Items in unlimited projects.

• Combine Items with other works and create derivative works.

• Use Items in commercial products, provided raw source files (React, Tailwind, Figma, etc.) are not exposed.

• Publish a Figma library internally or share Items within your organization if you hold a license that covers the required number of users.

Examples of allowed use:

• Creating websites, apps, dashboards, and digital products.

• Creating monetized apps or subscription products.

• Using Shadcraft as part of your internal design system.

You are not allowed to:

• Sell, sublicense, share, distribute, or publish the Items in any form.

• Share login credentials, license access, download links, or files with unlicensed users.

• Participate in group buys or any organized sharing arrangement.

• Use Items to create any UI kit, component library, template, starter kit, design system, or builder intended for resale or distribution.

• Expose Shadcraft React source code in open source projects, downloadable files, or browser-accessible code.

• Publish or distribute Figma libraries unless all users accessing them are covered under your license.

Examples of disallowed use:

• Sharing files or publishing them online.

• Creating or participating in a group buy.

• Creating a Framer, Webflow, Sketch, HTML, Bootstrap, React, Vue, or Tailwind kit based on Shadcraft and distributing it.

• Creating a derivative kit, theme, or template and offering it for free or sale.

• Using Shadcraft components in any site or app builder product.

• Creating a repository of Shadcraft components (or derivatives) for public access.

In short, do not share Shadcraft files with unlicensed users and do not repurpose them into competing products.

Discount Code Misuse

Discount codes are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual or organization they were issued to.

You may not share, forward, resell, or request codes on behalf of others.

Any misuse of discount codes will result in immediate license termination without refund.

Affiliate Program Abuse

You may not refer yourself, create fake accounts, impersonate Shadcraft, or engage in deceptive behaviour of any kind.

Any attempt to exploit the affiliate program will result in immediate license termination without refund.

Open Source Components

Any components explicitly released as open source under the MIT License are clearly marked in the documentation or codebase.

These components follow the MIT License and are not restricted by this Agreement, except where noted.

By using Shadcraft Pro React, you agree to comply with both this Agreement and the MIT License where applicable.

Enforcement and Penalties

All Items are copyrighted works owned by AHO Pty Ltd. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Company reserves the right to revoke licenses if unauthorized use occurs. In cases of clear, intentional, or malicious misuse, no refund will be issued.

The Company may pursue legal remedies for any unauthorized use, resale, or distribution of Items, including cases where assets are used to create competing products or shared online.

By purchasing or downloading Shadcraft products, you agree to be financially liable for USD $10,000 per individual breach of this Agreement. If your copy of any Item is posted online or on a piracy site, each download is treated as a separate breach.

Limitation of Liability

AHO Pty Ltd’s liability to you is limited to a refund of your purchase.

The Company is not liable for any consequential damages or third-party claims arising from your use of Shadcraft.

License Upgrades

If you need to add additional users or upgrade your license, contact us and we will organize a prorated upgrade.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and repeated abuse of previous refund policies, we do not offer refunds.
